Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Assistant. This is an immediate start opportunity for someone eager to dive into a dynamic retail environment and contribute to a successful store operation. As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the heart of our customer service, ensuring shoppers have a pleasant experience and that the store remains well-stocked and tidy. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and product location.
- Operate till systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are displayed correctly and are priced clearly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
- Assist with goods in, including unloading deliveries and moving stock.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help colleagues as needed.
