Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and test plans.
  • Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust and error-free automation.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing automation solutions and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Robotic Process Automation development.
  • Proficiency with at least one major RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Programming experience in languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
  • Eligibility for UK visa sponsorship (Capgemini will support the visa application process).

Preferred Qualifications

  • RPA Developer certification from UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience with intelligent automation technologies (AI/ML, OCR, NLP) integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
