Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Specialist to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, or replace various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingle, metal, EPDM, and TPO.
- Inspect roof conditions to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety equipment and protecting surrounding property.
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit roof angles and dimensions.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.

- Excellent physical stamina and strength.

Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction safety certification.
- Experience with commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM).
- Certification from a recognized roofing trade program.
- Basic carpentry or general construction knowledge.
