Job Description
Are you eager to start a hands-on career and learn a valuable trade? Elite Security Screens & Doors is looking for a motivated and reliable Security Screen Installer Helper to join our team in Gosford. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are keen to learn the ins and outs of security screen and door installation. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, teaching you everything from product knowledge and safety protocols to precise installation techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the preparation, measurement, and installation of security screens and doors.
- Learn to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Handle and transport materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the workshop and on customer premises.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures diligently.
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles and tools.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn a new trade.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation to our workshop.

- Basic understanding of hand and power tools (not required, but a plus).
