Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Salmon Arm, BC. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability across both front-end and back-end systems. You will play a crucial role in architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the technical direction of our projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment, focusing on robust and scalable solutions.
- Design and implement highly performant APIs and microservices using modern back-end frameworks.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with advanced front-end technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in one or more back-end languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).
- Strong expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with GraphQL.
