Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Level Agreement (SLA) Coordinator to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on service level agreements to ensure our operational services meet and exceed client expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to operational excellence within our dynamic resources environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed-upon standards, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on SLA performance across various operational services and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent SLA adherence.
  • Identify and escalate potential SLA breaches, working proactively to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all SLA-related documentation, communications, and performance data.
  • Assist in the development, review, and refinement of new and existing SLAs as required.
  • Prepare regular, detailed performance reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular SLA review meetings with service providers, internal teams, and stakeholders to discuss performance and address concerns.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or similar support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework principles and best practices.
  • Previous experience working within a mining, industrial, or large-scale operational environment.
  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
