Job Description

Right at Home in Garland, TX, is seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing team. No prior experience in care is necessary – we believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive, paid training to ensure you are fully equipped for success. This role offers the unique benefit of paid travel time between client visits, recognizing your commitment to our clients across the Garland area. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying living areas.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Administer medication reminders as prescribed.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Accompany clients to appointments or on errands.
- Document care services provided and report any changes in client condition.
Required Skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
