Join the dynamic team at Sodexo Canada as a Stadium Kiosk Attendant and be a part of the excitement at major match days and concerts in Calgary! We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our stadium kiosks. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! As a Kiosk Attendant, you will be on the front lines, serving a variety of food and beverage items to enthusiastic crowds. This is a part-time, event-based position, perfect for those seeking flexible hours that fit around other commitments. You’ll work during major sporting events, concerts, and other special occasions, ensuring every guest has a fantastic time.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently serve food, snacks, and beverages to stadium guests.
- Accurately handle cash and credit/debit card transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kiosk area throughout events.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and restocking inventory as needed during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Possession of a valid Food Handler's Certificate.
