Job Description

Join BT Group as a Virtual Lead Qualifier and become a crucial part of our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and seamlessly transfer interested prospects to our expert sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound communication channels (primarily phone calls) in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ask open-ended and targeted questions to assess customer needs, interest levels, and eligibility for BT Group's products and services.
  • Accurately record customer information and qualification details in the CRM system.
  • Identify qualified leads that meet predefined criteria and seamlessly transfer them to the appropriate sales specialist.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BT Group's offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Achieve daily and weekly lead qualification targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent BT Group's brand values.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and qualification skills.
