Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Stadium Kiosk Attendant and be part of the excitement at major match days and concerts! We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our guests. This entry-level position is perfect for those seeking flexible, part-time work in a vibrant environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Process cash and credit card transactions using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, hot dogs, beverages, and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area throughout your shift.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking inventory and ensuring product availability.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic math skills for cash handling (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
