Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Systems Data Auditor to join our operations team in Mount Barker. This ongoing full-time role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our critical data systems. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of data quality, identifying discrepancies, and supporting our commitment to operational excellence and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of data systems and databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies, anomalies, and potential issues.

  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to resolve data-related problems.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks.
  • Provide recommendations for system and process improvements to prevent data errors.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data analysis, auditing, or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting software).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
