Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Temporary Fence Erector in Bootle, Merseyside. This is an immediate start, temporary position ideal for those who thrive in an outdoor, hands-on environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and contribute to various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload fencing materials and equipment from company vehicles.
- Assemble and install temporary fence panels, gates, and supports according to site plans and safety guidelines.
- Dismantle fencing systems upon project completion or as required.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for manual labour and lifting.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Full UK Driving License.
- Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Previous experience in manual labour, construction, or a similar outdoor role.
