Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential interviews with individuals who have tested positive for infectious diseases to identify close contacts.
- Utilize active listening and empathetic communication skills to gather accurate information regarding potential exposure.
- Provide clear, concise, and culturally sensitive instructions and information about isolation and quarantine protocols.
- Educate individuals on available resources, testing options, and symptom monitoring.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all interviews and interactions in designated databases.
- Collaborate with a team of public health professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Follow all established protocols, policies, and procedures related to data privacy and confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required.
