Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided forklift training programs and obtain certification.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently after training, moving, stacking, and organizing products and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate handling and placement of goods.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and clean-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic physical fitness for standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating machinery.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with basic inventory concepts.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
