Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting entry into the manufacturing industry? Brush Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Machine Operators at our Loughborough factory. No previous experience is required as full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you gain all the skills necessary to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Operate various machines safely and efficiently after receiving full training.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as required.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials onto machines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to a supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
