Job Description

Are you looking to start a new career in hospitality with no prior experience? Premier Inn is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Receptionist / Front Desk in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
  • Managing room reservations and cancellations.
  • Assisting guests with requests and providing local information.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Processing payments and handling cash accurately.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
