Job Description
Are you looking to start a new career in hospitality with no prior experience? Premier Inn is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Receptionist / Front Desk in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Managing room reservations and cancellations.
- Assisting guests with requests and providing local information.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications
