Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team in Longueuil, Quebec. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as we will provide full training and fund your SIA (Security Industry Authority equivalent) license acquisition, enabling you to kickstart a rewarding career in security.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to obtain your security license and develop essential security skills.
- Learn and adhere to all security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor premises and property to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal activities.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Report any unusual incidents or suspicious activities to management.
- Maintain a professional and vigilant presence at all times.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Complete accurate daily reports and logs of activities and incidents.
Required Skills
- No prior security experience required; full training provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and commit to professional development.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
