Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Trolley Collection Hands at various local shopping centres across the Gold Coast. This is an essential entry-level role responsible for ensuring a safe and convenient shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and designated areas, returning them to the store for reuse, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the trolley bays. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect shopping trolleys from various locations within the car park and surrounding areas of the shopping centre.
- Return trolleys safely and orderly to designated collection bays and store entrances.
- Inspect trolleys for damage and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of trolley bays.
- Assist customers with trolley-related inquiries or issues when needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, particularly when working in car parks with vehicle traffic.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure continuous trolley availability.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and push/pull trolleys for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with local shopping centre layouts.
