Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Customs & Trade Assistant to join our remote team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in global logistics and international trade. No prior experience in customs or trade is required; we provide full, comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customs and trade operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Perform data entry accurately into customs management systems.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
- Monitor and track customs entries, ensuring timely clearance of goods.
