Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using equipment safely when required
- Assist with medication administration under the guidance of senior staff
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns
- Engage clients in activities to promote social interaction and well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and care plans
