Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual IT Asset Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in IT logistics and asset management. As a Virtual IT Asset Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our IT hardware and software assets, ensuring efficient tracking and inventory management from procurement to disposal. This role is 100% remote and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all IT assets (hardware and software) in our asset management system.
  • Track the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, movement, and retirement.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors for asset provisioning, collection, and disposal.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate reports on asset status, location, and utilization as required.
  • Support the proper labeling and identification of IT assets.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and IT support teams regarding asset inquiries and requests.
  • Participate in improving IT asset management processes and documentation.
