Job Description

CGI is looking for an energetic and extroverted Virtual Tech Demo Presenter to showcase our innovative solutions to potential clients. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and possess exceptional communication skills, even if direct prior tech presentation experience is limited. We’ll provide comprehensive training on our products; your role is to bring them to life through compelling virtual demonstrations. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the features and benefits of various CGI technology solutions through provided training.
- Deliver dynamic, engaging, and informative virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Field questions from potential clients with confidence and clarity during and after demonstrations.
- Gather and relay client feedback to sales, product development, and marketing teams to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously enhance demonstration effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally extroverted personality.
- Strong presentation abilities, capable of captivating a virtual audience.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) due to the regional client base.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in public speaking, sales presentations, or customer-facing roles (even non-professional).
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales enablement tools.
- A foundational understanding of IT services, cloud computing, or specific software solutions.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
