Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to start a career in tech support? Amazon Web Services is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Tech Support Advisor (Tier 1) to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a variety of technical inquiries and providing solutions that help them maximize their AWS experience. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to AWS customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to AWS products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and best practices for using AWS.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new AWS products and features through ongoing training.
