Job Description

Join CareLink Telehealth Services as a Virtual Telehealth Navigator and be at the forefront of digital healthcare. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their virtual healthcare journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be the primary point of contact for patients seeking online medical consultations, assisting them with platform navigation, scheduling appointments, understanding their telehealth options, and resolving any technical or logistical issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to patients navigating the telehealth platform and services.
  • Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling virtual appointments with healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients on how to prepare for virtual consultations and utilize the platform's features effectively.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to video conferencing or platform access.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and information flow.
