Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Teppanyaki Grill Scraper for after-hours cleaning. This essential role ensures our restaurant’s teppanyaki grills and surrounding kitchen areas are impeccably clean and ready for the next day’s service. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to perform the job effectively and safely. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and scrape teppanyaki grills using specialized tools and cleaning agents after closing hours.
- Remove all food debris, grease, and residue from grill surfaces and surrounding areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, sinks, and other work surfaces as assigned.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
