Job Description

PNC Bank is seeking a professional and organized individual to join our Wealth Management team as a Receptionist in our Wilkes-Barre corporate office. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative support functions. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing communications, scheduling, and general office tasks within a dynamic financial environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate catering for internal meetings and client events as needed.
  • Support wealth management teams with various ad-hoc administrative requests.
