Job Description
Join our vibrant team as Weekend Waiting Staff at Premier Inn Weston-super-Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for part-time work, particularly those eager to gain experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to help us deliver exceptional service to our guests during their breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences on weekends. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and capable in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ensure tables are clean and correctly set before, during, and after service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and politely
- Assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
