Job Description

Telus is seeking dedicated Work From Home Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our premium support team. This is a 100% remote position offering premium pay for your valuable language skills and commitment to service excellence. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and a secondary language.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates to provide up-to-date information.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (written and verbal communication).
  • Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (remote experience a plus).
  • Specific proficiency in French, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
