Job Description

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where full training will be provided, and all necessary equipment will be sent directly to you. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries regarding their services, billing, or technical support needs.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot basic service issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote Bell products or services where appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a home environment with minimal supervision.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call center) is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues.
