Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our remote team as an Inbound Sales Representative. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, perfect for those who excel in a dynamic environment and enjoy helping customers find the best solutions. You will be handling inbound calls from customers who are already interested in our products and services (warm leads), providing information, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Full training on our products, services, and sales processes will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers with pre-qualified interest in Rogers products and services.
- Listen actively to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions (wireless, internet, TV, home phone, bundles).
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales details in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and data privacy regulations.
