MarketWise Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Work From Home: Outbound Market Researchers. This is a 100% remote position focused purely on data collection; absolutely no selling or cold calling for sales is involved. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience in market research is necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and businesses to administer surveys and gather information for various market research projects.
- Accurately record responses and data into our survey system.
- Follow survey scripts and guidelines precisely to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with respondents.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure project goals are met.
