Job Description
Are you passionate about podcasts and eager to share your thoughts? Spotify is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home Podcast Listeners & Reviewers. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those with no prior experience in the field. You will be responsible for listening to a variety of podcasts across different genres and providing constructive, honest feedback. Your insights will help us understand listener preferences, identify emerging trends, and ensure a high-quality listening experience for our global audience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to assigned podcasts from various genres and categories.
- Evaluate podcast content, audio quality, and overall listener experience.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and unbiased written reviews and feedback.
- Identify and report any technical issues, inaccuracies, or content guideline violations.
- Adhere to review deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with a remote team to discuss trends and feedback (as needed).
