Job Description
Join Ray White as a WFH Online Auction Clerk and become an essential part of our dynamic real estate and goods auction team. This fully remote, entry-level position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to start a career in the fast-paced world of online auctions. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience in real estate or auctions is required. You will support the smooth operation of online auctions by assisting with administrative tasks, data management, and client communication, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of online auction listings for real estate and various goods.
- Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy of property and item details, terms, and conditions.
- Respond to bidder and vendor inquiries via email and chat, providing clear and helpful information.
- Monitor active online auctions, reporting any technical issues or unusual bidding activity.
- Prepare post-auction documentation, including sales agreements and invoicing details.
- Maintain organized digital records and databases.
- Collaborate with auctioneers and sales agents to ensure seamless auction processes.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required to support the auction team.
