Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Air Con Offsiders for the upcoming summer peak season. This casual day shift role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, providing essential support to our experienced technicians. No prior experience is required; we provide full training for motivated candidates. You will be assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning units in various residential and commercial settings within the Liverpool area. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn valuable trade skills and be part of a dynamic, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified HVAC technicians with the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Handle and transport tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently to and from job sites.
- Prepare work areas, including laying down protective coverings and ensuring site cleanliness.
- Perform basic tasks under supervision, such as cleaning components, fetching parts, and minor adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organised company vehicle and tool kit.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional manner.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to casual day shifts.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 20kg).
