Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team in Greenwich, Greater London. This is a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that meet complex business requirements. You will be a key player in our digital transformation initiatives, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and robust enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, etc.).
- Translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
- Define and implement integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, deployment diagrams, and runbooks.
- Stay abreast of new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and benefits.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning and effort estimation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, GRC, or SecOps modules.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
