Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, under supervision.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and recovery.
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities and social inclusion initiatives.
- Monitor and report changes in service user's condition or behaviour to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care and support provided.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
- Participate actively in all training and development opportunities provided.
