Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, under supervision.
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting independence and recovery.
  • Engage service users in therapeutic activities and social inclusion initiatives.
  • Monitor and report changes in service user's condition or behaviour to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of care and support provided.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
  • Participate actively in all training and development opportunities provided.
