Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), mobility, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a comfortable and positive environment.
- Monitor and report changes in residents'/patients' conditions to senior care staff.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents/patients.
- Assist with medication reminders, as directed and within scope of training.
- Support residents/patients in participating in social and recreational activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
