Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sustainability Intern to join our Corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Reporting team. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for a student or recent graduate passionate about sustainability and corporate responsibility. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of key sustainability data, contributing to our annual ESG reports and initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and consolidation of ESG-related data from various departments.
- Support the preparation and review of corporate sustainability reports and disclosures.
- Conduct research on ESG best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Help develop and maintain internal databases and tracking systems for sustainability metrics.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and communication materials on sustainability performance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving our environmental and social impact.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong interest and passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of global ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Prior academic or project experience involving data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with environmental management systems or sustainability software.
