Job Description
This entry-level Technical Internship offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals to gain practical, hands-on experience within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with seasoned engineers and technical experts, contributing to real-world projects in areas such as manufacturing processes, systems integration, quality assurance, or research and development. This program is structured to provide significant skill development, mentorship, and a comprehensive understanding of the aerospace industry, even for those with no prior professional experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineering teams with data collection, analysis, and technical documentation.
- Support various stages of the product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing and testing.
- Participate in problem-solving activities related to production or operational challenges.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all aerospace safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within production or R&D departments.
- Engage actively in mentorship sessions and specialized training programs.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- High motivation and a strong desire to learn about aerospace technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical), Computer Science, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CAD software or manufacturing principles is a plus, but not required.
