Job Description

Join Qualtrics as a WFH Part-time Secretary, working flexible morning or afternoon shifts. This 100% remote position is ideal for organized and detail-oriented individuals looking to support our dynamic team from home. While prior extensive secretarial experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced virtual environment is essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role, focusing on administrative support, data entry, and communication tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and basic communication.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations.
