Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging chatbot scripts and dialogues
- Collaborate with AI developers, UX designers, and product managers to define chatbot personalities and conversational flows
- Translate complex technical information into user-friendly and intuitive language
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve chatbot scripts
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all chatbot interactions
- Document conversational designs, intents, and entities for development teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, natural language processing, and conversational design
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for chatbot functionalities
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
