Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Eviction Clean-Out Crew Member! This physically demanding role is perfect for individuals who are strong, reliable, and prefer active work. You will be responsible for clearing out properties after evictions, involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, and removing debris. We offer daily pay for your hard work and dedication. Full training will be provided to ensure you understand our procedures and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently remove furniture, appliances, and personal belongings from vacated properties.
- Perform general clean-up tasks, including sweeping, bagging trash, and minor debris removal.
- Load items onto trucks or trailers for transport to designated disposal or storage sites.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete clean-outs within set timelines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor when interacting with team members and company representatives.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed for clean-out tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in general labor, moving, or clean-out services is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with operating trucks or trailers for hauling.
