Job Description
Join our bustling cafe and bistro in Parramatta as a Front of House Assistant! This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to start a career in hospitality. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and seamless. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a friendly and helpful approach.

Preferred Qualifications
