Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casting & Talent Management Intern to join our Fort Wayne team. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the foundational aspects of talent discovery, artist management, and the casting process. You will work closely with our experienced casting directors and talent agents, gaining practical skills and insights into the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities
- Assist casting directors with organizing and scheduling auditions.
- Help maintain and update talent databases and casting platforms.
- Prepare audition materials and call sheets for various projects.
- Research potential talent and emerging artists.
- Provide administrative support to talent agents, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist with social media content creation related to talent promotion and casting calls.
- Learn about industry standard contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the casting and talent management departments.
