Job Description

This entry-level role requires no prior experience as full, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to asylum seekers and refugees, assisting with their immediate needs.
• Help clients access essential services such as housing, healthcare, education, and legal aid.
• Assist with completing necessary paperwork and understanding complex processes related to asylum claims and benefits.
• Act as a first point of contact, offering empathetic listening and guidance.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within relevant public sector systems.
• Support clients in developing independence and integrating into local communities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with data protection guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure holistic client support.
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions to enhance professional development and well-being.

• Knowledge of the UK asylum system or public services (desirable, but not essential as training is provided).
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
