Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Hospitality All-Rounders to join our teams in various charming regional pubs across Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive experience in the hospitality sector, with the added benefit of provided accommodation to help you settle in. As an All-Rounder, you will be a vital part of our pub operations, rotating through different roles from bar service and waiting tables to basic kitchen hand duties and general venue upkeep. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for those eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, including taking orders and handling payments.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar, dining areas, and restrooms.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required.
  • Restock inventory for bar, fridges, and other service areas.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the venue.
