Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer service and coordination, with absolutely no prior experience required. You will receive comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success in the role. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls and online requests to schedule appointments and manage bookings for our services. There are NO outbound sales calls involved; all interactions will be with customers reaching out to us. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel customer appointments using our booking system.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding services and booking procedures.
  • Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and booking details.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
