Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about data, digital marketing, and looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced agency environment. You will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to help optimize client campaigns and inform strategic decisions. While this position offers work-from-home options, regular collaboration with our Wodonga team will be essential for integration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of digital marketing data from various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, ad platforms).
- Generate regular performance reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Support senior analysts in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Help maintain data integrity and consistency across all reporting tools.
- Collaborate with account managers and specialists to understand client objectives and reporting needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing).
