Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Associate to join our team in Fremantle. In this email-focused role, you will be the primary point of contact for our SaaS customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, guide users through features, and contribute to an overall positive customer experience, primarily through written communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and keen to grow within the fast-paced SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Troubleshoot common user issues, providing clear, concise, and step-by-step solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new updates to enhance their platform utilization.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and product usability.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles and FAQs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with common email and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
  • High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a customer service, support, or success role, particularly in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with visual design principles or experience using design software.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a CRM system and knowledge base software.
