Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to students aged 4-12 using QKids' proprietary platform and curriculum.
- Manage virtual classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to support their language development.
- Collaborate with the QKids team to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule for teaching sessions.
- Prepare for lessons by reviewing materials and understanding learning objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online teaching tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

Preferred Qualifications
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
